Board Seat Selections

The Board of Directors consists of between eleven (11) and fifteen (15) directors. A balance in the Board shall be sought providing representation from small and large properties and from the various geographical areas when possible. Board members are welcome to re-submit for renewal of their term when the 2-year period has concluded. New board nominees are welcome to self-nominate if their membership is currently in good standing. The submissions for board seat nominations take place every year in June and elections conclude in July. Allied members may vote for allied board member candidates and property members may not for property member candidates. Every member, regardless of company size, has an equal number of votes per election cycle.
