Eric Duff brings over three decades of hospitality experience, with expertise in operations, events, and food & beverage management for brands like Marriott, JW Marriott, and The Ritz-Carlton. He leads resort operations at The Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas, focusing on strategic planning and enhancing the owner experience. Active in the local community, Eric is tourism focused and supports initiatives for associate engagement. Eric has resided in Maui for the past 9 years via Arizona and Washington. He enjoys golfing, diving, running with his family: wife Kim, children Austin, Cameron, Anderson (Andie), Daxton (Dax), and their yellow lab Indi. Eric's expertise and passion make him a valuable asset to the MHLA Board.
