Kaleo Kenui brings extensive hospitality leadership experience and is known for his people-first leadership approach, focusing on building strong teams, elevating workplace culture, and delivering exceptional guest experiences rooted in the values of Hawai‘i. Originally from O‘ahu, Kaleo has called Maui home since 1987 and brings a deep connection to the island and its community. His leadership has been especially impactful during challenging times, supporting recovery efforts across West Maui while maintaining a strong commitment to both operational excellence and community well-being.

Kaleo has previously served on the Wailea Community Association Board, strengthening his experience in governance, stakeholder collaboration, and responsible community development. He is also actively involved in charitable efforts, including fundraising support for Kapi‘olani Women’s and Children’s Hospital through Children’s Miracle Network. Kaleo is passionate about advancing responsible tourism, supporting workforce development, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of Maui’s visitor industry.
