William "Will" Bethel is the General Manager of the Hilton Grand Vacations Maui Bay Villas resort. In his 35 years of work experience with hospitality in Hawaii, some of his roles include F&B Manager, Director of Sales and Resort Director. He and his wife, along with their two children moved to Maui from Oahu two years ago to experience the magic of Maui. In his free time, Will enjoys golf, travel, live music menu and dining out. He looks forward to becoming further enlightened on the industry's opportunities in hopes of becoming a positive contributor.
