Meet Megan Bauchman, the New Operations & Events Manager of MHLA

Megan Bauchman was born and raised in La Crescenta, CA and moved to Maui at twenty-one years old. Starting in restaurants, Megan later became a part of the West Maui Concierge community while pursuing a degree in business management and as well as psychology. She later joined Premier Restoration, where she flourished as their statewide Administrative Fleet Manager before joining us at MHLA, as the Operations and Events Manger.

She met her husband, Kenny on a blind date at Warren & Annabelles Magic Show and spent the past thirty years with him raising their two children into adulthood. Megan, Kenny, and their four-year old Mini Goldendoodle named Ani, recently moved up to Haiku.

Beyond work life, Megan loves reading, quiet time, hiking Makawao Forest, and spending time with their newfound community of Waipuna Chapel in Kula. While she contributes to upcountry's life groups and volunteers for kid's programs, she is, "very much looking forward to reconnecting with the island through our extremely important tourism industry."
