Yesterday, we joined the HLTA at the 5th Annual Hawaii Hotel & Restaurant Show in Honolulu! Many of our members flew over to showcase or shop at one of the biggest trade shows promoting behind the scenes businesses of the hospitality industry. Trends we noticed this year include enhancements of re-usable water bottles and filtration systems, local made chocolate products, mobile bars and pop up beverage services, non-alcoholic options, and the growing event aesthetics/decorative sourcing businesses.
