WAILUKU, MAUI – The Maui Hotel & Lodging Association (MHLA) announced their 2025-2026 Board of Directors at their annual meeting held on September 10 at the Fairmont Kea Lani in Wailea. Board members were elected from a list of candidates nominated by MHLA property and allied members earlier this year.
“I am honored to work with this board,” says John Pele, MHLA Executive Director. “This industry employs so much of Maui County and this board takes the responsibility seriously.”
One hundred and fifteen attendees took part in the MHLA Annual Membership Meeting & Trade Show, where twenty-three allied vendors showcased products and services, MHLA gave a review of the year’s work, and a panel discussion addressed, “Navigating Workforce Uncertainty.” Guest of Honor, State Senator Lynn DeCoite, gave the official induction of the following2025-2026 MHLA Board members:
