MHLA Announces New 2024-2025 Board of Directors

WAILUKU, MAUI – The Maui Hotel & Lodging Association (MHLA) announced their 2024-2025 Board of Directors at their annual meeting held on September 12th at the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa. Board members were elected from a list of candidates nominated by MHLA property and allied members earlier this year.
“I am proud to welcome this new board,” says Naomi Cooper, MHLA Director of Communications and Secretary to the Board. “These leaders sincerely care about their employees and the future of Maui’s economy and will continue to advocate for this association.”
With nearly one-hundred members as witness during the MHLA Annual Meeting & Tradeshow, the Mayor of Maui County’s Chief of Staff, Leo Caires, gave the official induction of the following 2024-2025 MHLA Board members:
- William Bethel, General Manager at Hilton Grand Vacations, Maui Bay Villas
- Eric Duff, Resort Manager at The Westin Ka’anapali Ocean Resort Villas
- Richard Elliott, General Manager at Andaz Maui
- Fred Findlen, General Manager at Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa
- Myra Galinato, Vice President at Blue Hawaiian Activities
- Josh Hargrove, General Manager at The Westin Maui Resort & Spa
- Gregg Lundberg, General Manager at Courtyard Marriott – Kahului Airport
- Aaron Placourakis, President & CEO of AMP Restaurant Group
- Michael Pye, Fairmont Regional VP of Hawaii & General Manager of Fairmont Kea Lani
- Chris Rabang, General Manager of The Westin Nanea Ocean Villas
- Kelsey Rollo, Manager of Station Operations of Alaska Airlines – Kahului Airport
- Ben Shank, General Manager of Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea
- Lisa Tomihama, Senior Vice President & Region Manager of First Hawaiian Bank
- Angela Vento, General Manager of Wailea Beach Resort – Marriott Maui
- Mike White, Founding Member of Maui Hotel & Lodging Association
- Tetsuji Yamazaki, General Manager of Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa
