For 26 years, Toni has championed A3H, advocating for consumer and Hawaii small business protection for in-destination experiences while fostering economic opportunities through collective marketing. She is also the President and Founder of Kula Software Systems, Inc. dba: PonoRez, a web-based reservation platform.

With a bachelor’s in physics and an MBA from UH Mānoa, Toni blends tech-business expertise with a nonprofit heart. Living in Maui’s upcountry, where she raised three children, she views tourism as a community gift when properly managed, cautioning against the pitfalls of over-tourism. Tonibelieves travel bridges cultures, transforming fear into love (Aloha) through exploration and connection.

Driven to grow from "Good" to "Great," she thrives on uniting people and resolving conflicts. Her "secret weapons" include strong faith, yoga, and a mostly organic diet sourced from her Makawao property.
