As a Project Manager, Brandon Martin is responsible for the oversight of the entire construction project staff. He provides direct relations with ownership, stakeholders, and architects. He oversees the financial management of the entire project from start to finish, as well as day-to-day cost control. He negotiates and manages all subcontractor agreements, material procurement, and purchase orders. He finalizes and confirms the accuracy of contract administration; submittal and document control; project drawings, specifications, and general conditions; schedule maintenance; and quality and safety control. He is also actively involved with pre-construction planning, value engineering, estimating, and budgeting.
